The facility, to be drawn in two tranches aligned with Phase 1 and Phase 2 production timelines, will be repaid through dore deliveries under an offtake agreement that commits Ocean Partners to purchase 100% of Montauban’s gold and silver output, with financing subject to standard conditions and due diligence.
