The program allows the company to sell up to $50 million in common shares through market-based transactions at prevailing prices, with proceeds designated for pre-construction site work and phase one development at the Waterberg Project, a Saudi Arabia smelter feasibility study, and general corporate purposes. The agreement is valid until December 2026 or until the $50 million cap is reached, with sales conducted under a prospectus supplement filed in Canada and the U.S.
