Search Minerals (TSX.V: SMY) (OTC: SHCMF) amended its previously announced shares-for-debt transaction and will now settle $185,000 in outstanding indebtedness through the issuance of 370,000 common shares at a deemed price of $0.50 per share, subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval, after one creditor elected not to participate in the original arrangement.
