Largest Alaskan Gold Nugget to Be Auctioned in December
Miners have been sourcing for gold in the state of Alaska for more than a century now, with miners discovering various-sized nuggets. The biggest gold nugget that was discovered in the state was found more than two decades ago by Barry Lloyd Clay, a gold miner from the Palmer region. This huge and rare gold nugget, which was dubbed the Alaska Centennial Nugget, has been put up for sale at an auction that is set to take place on Dec. 8, 2021.
